The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology topped the QS Asian University Rankings for 2011. Two Philippine universities made it to top 100, the University of the Philippines ranked 62nd while Ateneo de Manila University ranked 65th. A little over the top 100 are University of Santo Tomas placed 104th and De La Salle University at 107th place.
Also included in the rankings from the Philippines under 201st + rank are University of Southeastern Philippines, Silliman University, Xavier University, University of San Carlos, Central Mindanao University, Mapua Institute of Technology, Adamson University, Saint Louis University, Father Saturnino Urios College, Polytechnic University of the Philippines and Mindanao State University.
